We're proud to have awarded diplomas to these four bright students:
Mariah Root
"Mariah attended Logos Online School for her senior year, and was taught previous to that by Mrs. Heather Lloyd at Legacy High School in Wickenburg, AZ. She participated in ballet and lyrical dance, basketball, photography, and enjoyed volunteering at the local hospital. Mariah will be attending New St. Andrews College in the fall, and hopes to travel the world upon graduation."
Autumn Lawler
"This summer I’ll be working at Silverwood, a local theme park. I plan to use some of the money I earn to start raising money for missions. Eventually, I hope the Lord will give me an “ok” to go on a mission trip or three. I would love to be able to hug on little African children, or encourage believers in Europe, or help to get little children off the streets in South America.
"This last school year has really been a training period for me. The Lord is teaching me so much and I’m so grateful for the way He’s led me through each step of my life. I’m very excited to see what it is the Lord has in store for me! One of my very favorite verses is Jeremiah 29: 11, “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.’” I believe our Father has assigned each person a unique task to fulfill with His help, but it’s up to us to accept our God-given role. What is God calling you to do?"
Kip Mock
"Kip is one of nine children. Kip entered Logos Online School for his final year of high school. A sharp student but not previously enamored with schoolwork, he disproved his family's doubts, always pushing himself for higher grades (even in Pre-Calculus, his least favorite subject). Not content busying himself with school, he became a manager at McDonald's and began a marketing business with a friend. Kip has many hobbies (mountain biking, travel, coffee, spending time alone exploring, & public speaking). He has learned to fence and play the piano, and has also hunted with his father, and been an Awana leader with a small herd of children following him around. As his last year of high school comes to a close, Kip looks forward to continuing his studies at NSA and thence law school after which he will be paid to argue."
Annabelle Ford
"Annabelle transferred to Logos Online School for her senior year. Her teachers describe her as a very hard worker and wonderful student. She will be attending In the fall, she will be attending The King's College in New York City. She plans to major in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a Pre-Law Minor."
