Class Description: This is a concise yet profound exploration of Western philosophy from its origins in ancient Greece to modern thought. Based on Thales to Dewey by Gordon H. Clark, this short course for LOS students examines key philosophers, their ideas, and their impact on history. Through a biblical lens, we will critique secular worldviews while affirming Christian truth. Engaging discussions and logical analysis will equip students to understand, evaluate, and defend their faith in the face of competing philosophies.
Required Materials: Thales to Dewey: A history of philosophy (https://a.co/d/ihqbbyS)
